MILANO LOFTS

Located at 6th and Grand, nestled among the high rises, the stunning Art Deco Milano Lofts building is located in the heart of the Financial Core of downtown Los Angeles. Originally constructed in 1925 as the Edwards & Wildey Building, the structure was meticulously converted using adaptive reuse into loft-style residences in 2005 by Shomof Group. Shomof Group added 3-levels of subterranean parking in the existing 13 story building, all the while working around two operating restaurants (one being the famous Yorkshire Grill). With positive thinking and creative solutions, Shomof Group was able to complete this project under budget and ahead of schedule. Shomof Group sold this building 2012.
