CITY LOFTS

The City Lofts building, formerly the Mortgage Guarantee building, was built in 1912 and converted using the adaptive reuse ordinance to live-work lofts by the Shomof Group in 2003. Learning from the challenges that were faced during construction of Spring Tower Lofts, Shomof Group was able to complete this project ahead of schedule and under budget. Units in the building range from 600-1200 SF, feature raw open-spaced layouts, 10-14 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Tenants may also enjoy beautiful views of the city from the comfortable rooftop lounge. The building’s retail spaces are home to two of the hottest bars in the downtown area, Spring Street Bar and The Falls.
