ALPINE

211 Alpine is a development project consisting of a seven-story, mixed-use building with 170 residential units (17 of which will be set aside for very low-income tenants) and 4,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.   Once completed, this project will bring a new level of architectural style to the Chinatown area of DTLA. The project will also be a block away from the Chinatown Gold Line Station.
